A professional position that is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and collaborating with affiliated providers to ensure quality of Case Coordination activities provided to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) and served within the Sedgwick County Community Developmental Disability Organization’s (SCDDO) catchment area. The TCM Coordinator provides oversight to ensure that Targeted Case Management agencies are delivering quality services while adhering to local policies, State polies, and regulations. They facilitate the SCDDO funding committee, to include review and preparation of all documents associated with each funding source. The position provides targeted case management and quality review of services provided to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The position is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and collaborating with affiliated providers to ensure quality of service coordination.
Field work is done using a personal vehicle. Employees are reimbursed for mileage at the federal rate, currently 0.655/mile, which covers fuel costs, maintenance, and vehicle wear and tear. The starting salary is $21.01 / Hour; this position has been approved for a salary increase effective Nov. 5, 2023, the new rate will be $23.27 / Hr.
