Job Description

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) play a key role in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you assist the people we serve with meeting their daily needs. You have the opportunity to share in their success and support them through their struggles, while building lasting relationships. Start wage: $16.00 per hour plus Overnight Awake shift differential of $2.50 per hour for overnight awake shifts worked. Raise at three months. DSP receive a $1000 bonus for completing required training sessions within first year and may be eligible for retention bonuses through their second year of employment.

OVERNIGHT AWAKE
— Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., 40 hours per week. Full-time, benefit eligible.
