Residential Advisor II provides support to the individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the group home setting, as well as training and development for the Residential Advisors. As an RA II, you assist the people we serve in meeting their daily needs. You have the opportunity to share in their success and support them through their struggles, while building lasting relationships. Responsible for providing supervision and training, assisting with personal care, transportation, household maintenance, record keeping, and supervision of staff.
Full-time, 37.5 to 40 hours per week (depending on location), mornings and evenings.

Residential shifts receive a shift differential between $1.00 and $2.00, depending upon location. Start wage: $19.00 an hour. Employees may be eligible for retention bonuses up to $2000 through the second year of employment.
