Regional Managers have a leadership role in coordinating residential services for individuals with intellectual/development disabilities, monitoring quality of services, and managing the Direct Support teams.  Requires one year supervisory and management experience; six months direct I/DD work experience; Bachelor’s degree in a field related to rehabilitation – or comparable years of direct care work experience; valid driver’s license; and good driving record.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less.  (1)  M-F 10:00-6:30 – hours will vary.
