This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely. Must live in the Sedgwick County area; however, due to in-person meetings that occur a few times a month.

Job summary: Responsible for assisting individuals and families through the options counseling process, which includes resource education, assessment, options counseling, and referral. Administers functional assessment and provides backup support for annual functional assessments and intake staff. Responds to requests for information and educates applicants and stakeholders about the I/DD system. Engages and facilitates informed decision-making about accessing long-term services and supports in the community with individuals/guardians.

Bachelor’s degree and one year IDD experience required. Experience can be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.
