Completes visits to service locations to ensure compliance with applicable agency, state and legal requirements. Coordinates internal investigations of client complaints and completes reports. Serves as chair of the Quality Assurance Committee of CDDO (Community Developmental Disability Organization) Community Council, does random checks on case files in CDDO area and completes quarterly visits to licensed facilities in CDDO area. Completes functional assessments (BASIS), PASSR II screenings. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human service area and at least two (2) years’ experience as a Case Manager or similar position. $46,800 – $61,360.
