Responsible for managing personnel recruitment & administration in accordance with AWI Inc.’s policies and procedures. Conduct interviews & reference checks of job applicants for WKD division. Approves hire of applicants. Advertises for positions through various resources. Administers & tracks FMLA &Work Compensation claims. Conducts and coordinates staff training. Trains supervisors on HR related topics. Serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer, Affirmative Action & Equal Employment Opportunity Officer. Oversees volunteer program. Conducts yearly climate & training survey. Requires Bachelor’s degree in personnel administration, human resources, or similar degree. Position located in Dodge City. Regular travel to other divisions for meetings/trainings (Pratt, Medicine Lodge, and Wichita).
