Description: Responsible for managing personnel recruitment, conducting HIPAA & Workers Compensation trainings, oversees volunteer programs, conducts annual Climate Survey, administers unemployment claims and workers compensation claims.    Responsible for tracking staff in-service trainings, keeps informed of federal and state laws applicable to Human Resources, recommends changes to policies and procedures, advises department heads on personnel matters.​

Requirements:
  Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in personnel administration, human resources or curriculum of similar requirements.  In lieu of B.A. degree, 60 college hours and current PHR or SHRM-CP certification will be considered.  Must be able to effectively communicate in English, including the ability to read and write in English. Valid driver’s license.
