Join the Oral Health Kansas Team
Oral Health Kansas, the state’s consumer oral health advocacy organization, is in search of talent to join their staff team. With a new grant from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Healthcare Finance, Oral Health Kansas will be launching the “Pathways to Oral Health Project” to improve dental care for people with disabilities who are covered by Medicaid. The project is a multi-faceted approach to increase the confidence of dental providers to treat people with disabilities with Medicaid coverage and to help make the dental care experience more comfortable for people with disabilities.
The Pathways to Oral Health Project builds on the work Oral Health Kansas and their partners have been doing together for the past few years, including the Dental Passport, Project ECHO educational series, and improvement of Medicaid dental coverage for adults.
Oral Health Kansas is looking for three new staff members to help execute the project. The positions are full-time, grant-funded and remote, although they will be located in Kansas, and there will be in person meetings across the state. Learn more about each position below.
Positions will be open until October 23. Contact Oral Health Kansas at info@oralhealthkansas.org with any questions.
