Description: Supports infants/toddlers and their families in home and community based settings. Responsible for completing developmental screenings, evaluations, IFSP service planning, family coaching and team collaboration in order to work toward identified outcomes for each child.  Serves as a Family Service Coordinator (FSC) for assigned families.

Requirements:   Credentials may include the following Kansas licensed professionals: Early Childhood Special Educators with Early Childhood Unified endorsement (ECU covering birth to 3), Registered Nurse, or Speech & Language Pathologist. Requires knowledge of early childhood development and delays. Valid driver’s license required.

Additional Information:  Salary determined by Special Education Cooperative’s salary schedule.

Location Available:  Position is based in Dodge City with Travel required to area counties.
