We are looking for a Director of Targeted Case Management to play a key role in furthering our mission in our Case Management area.

Summary/Objective:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the Targeted Case Management program.
  • Responsible for the full and pro-active compliance of the Goodwill Industries of Kansas (GWKS) Disabilities & Advocacy department to all applicable licensure, credentials, and certifications as required by reasonable expectation from regional partner CDDO’s and/or state/federal authorities.
  • Coordination and implementation of CARF-related survey preparation, survey participation, communication, and completion required for CARF compliance of the Disability & Advocacy department.
  • Ensure full and correct licensure and/or credentials required for the Targeted Case Management department are current and in effect.
  • Responsible for a formal quality assurance program within the Targeted Case Management department to ensure proper and accurate billing services, accurate documentation, and CARF/licensure compliance.
  • Ensure reliable and accurate Case Management billing to all relevant stakeholders.
  • To fulfill Goodwill’s mission statement.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Social Work, Education Psychology, or Human Services.  Related experience may be considered for a portion of the formal education requirements.

Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellence in service to individuals with disabilities and or barriers to employment and participate in the achievement of their goals.
  • Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with GWKS policies and applicable laws.
  • Customarily and regularly exercises discretionary authority and independent judgement.
  • Directing work, evaluating employee efficiency and productivity, handling employee complaints and disciplining employees.
  • Safety of all employees, clients, and property.
  • Monitor compliance with SCDDO, CARF, KDADS, and any other applicable/assigned entity or partner.
  • Collaborate in setting annual department budget and meet monthly and annual budget goals.
  • Department staffing, including position interviews, new hire selection, and terminations.
  • Demonstrate a positive role model.
  • Display commitment and involvement towards Goodwill’s mission.
