Tri-Valley Developmental Services is seeking a director to manage its Day and Residential Services programs funded by the Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) waiver within the agency’s eight-county service area.
This includes ensuring:
- Programs meet the state licensing standards
- Staff follow the recommendations of each person’s served person-centered service plan.
- Quality services are provided in all program sites
The successful candidate will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of human services, and either a bachelor’s degree or additional full-time experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities services, which may be substituted for the degree at the rate of six months of full-time experience for each missing semester of college. Experience in a management/leadership position is preferred.
