An opportunity to join our nonprofit and make an impact!  The Director of Development leads the execution of KETCH’s fundraising strategy, with a primary focus on revenue generation, donor engagement, and sponsorship development.  Responsible for building relationships and managing the donor pipeline, fundraising campaigns, developing volunteer support, and researching & grant writing.  The Director gets to translate strategy into action – ensuring that fundraising efforts are coordinated, effective, and results-driven.  M-F 8-4:30 – may also require evening and weekend hours.  Hiring immediately.  Wichita, KS  EOE
