Director of Day Program Operations is a leadership role in supporting our teams and operations.  Responsible to provide oversight, direction and leadership for the successful operation of KETCH Day and WORK programs.  Includes development of annual budgets, monitoring program income and expenses and administration of grants/contracts per requirements (as applicable).  Develops and maintains program policies and procedures to meet quality standards and regulations.  Responsible for maintaining communication with VP of Operations, SCDDO, KDADS and other partners as appropriate.  Requires a B.A. or B.S. in any related area from the human service or business fields.  Requires a minimum of 3 years experience in Day/Vocational or Employment programs serving persons with disabilities, and work experience in supervising staff.  Experience in working in, or managing a governmental funded grant program is also desired.  Must have a valid KS driver’s license and good driving record and be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less.  M-F 8a-4:30p  Wichita, KS  EOE      View details and apply at ketch.org
