Develop and achieve fundraising goals established by the TARC Operating and Foundation Board of Directors. Ensure a consistent and stable source of revenue to support the programs and services of TARC and to fulfill TARC’s mission. Oversee and diversify TARC’s funding sources through sponsorships, donor cultivation, grant writing, general contributions, planned gifts, estate planning, marketing, and special events.
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or requisite experience in Public Relations and/or Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of successful experience in planning and coordinating Special Events. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, excellent organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Must have experience using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or comparable design software.
- Some evening and weekend availability is necessary.
- Must have and maintain a valid Kansas Driver’s License, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, as well as maintain eligibility for TARC’s standard insurance policy.
