Direct Support Professionals (DSP) play a key role in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you assist the people we serve with meeting their daily needs. You have the opportunity to share in their success and support them through their struggles, while building lasting relationships.

Start wage: $16.00 per hour. Raise after three months. DSP receive a $1000 bonus for completing required training sessions within first year and may be eligible for retention bonuses through their second year of employment.

• Work Skills Trainer, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 37.5 hours per week. Benefit eligible. 

• Life Enrichment Trainer, 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m., 37.5 hours per week. Benefit eligible.
