Develop and coordinate Case Management services within the limits of TARC policies, structure, budget and legal requirements including State and Federal Governmental agencies. Ensure Division reflects the philosophy and policies of TARC. Provide overall supervision of division staff and coordination of services for division participants. Serve as an active member of the TARC Leadership Team.
- Master’s Degree in psychology, Social Work or Education with emphasis in Behavioral Science with a minimum of five years experience.
- or Bachelor’s Degree in similar field with a minimum of 5 year’s experience in Case Management required.
- Two years management and supervisory experience required.
- Must demonstrate an understanding of the needs of persons with developmental disabilities and their families.
TARC, Inc. conducts background screenings and post-offer pre-employment drug testing. Must have and maintain a valid Kansas Driver’s License with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
