We are looking for an Area Manager to join our team!

We’re seeking a talented leader who has experience in operations. As an Area Manager, you’ll report directly to the Executive Director and be responsible for managing personnel and program services in an assigned geographic area.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Oversee the quality of program and habilitative services to ensure the needs of people served are met and the necessary services and support is provided.
  • Assist with personnel needs within the area program including hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling and supervision of direct support and supervisory staff
  • Ensure the needs of the people served, the agency, and the employee are met through effective on-call and emergency notification and response system.

 

You should have:

  • A passion for serving others and the ability to adapt to change
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in related field.
  • Supervisory or management experience required.

Requirements

You should have:

  • A passion for serving others and the ability to adapt to change

  • Minimum of three years experience in related field.
  • Supervisory or management experience required.

Great to have (but not deal breakers):

  • Previous successful experience in budget management and human resources.
  • The position may require QMRP certification and experience in an ICF/MR.
