About the Presenter:
This session will be led by Major Joseph Grasela, West Patrol Division Commander, with the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department. Major Grasela grew up in Leavenworth, Kansas after spending some time in West Germany. He graduated from Leavenworth High School and received a degree in Sociology (with an emphasis in Criminology) and Geography from Kansas State University in 2008. After graduating, he became a police officer with the Kansas City, KS Police Department and is currently the executive officer for the Patrol Bureau.
The link for live courses is shared with those members who have registered for the 2025 Virtual Training Package and cannot be accessed from the main website. The 2025 InterHab Virtual Training Package features 2-3 live courses per month from January to September. These training sessions will be recorded and available to those registered.
