Justin Rupert, Director of Marketing & Communications, Goodwill Industries of Kansas
A nonprofit marketing leader with 20+ years of experience aligning brand strategy with impact. As Director of Marketing and Communications at Goodwill Industries of Kansas, Rupert oversees campaigns, messaging, and brand engagement across diverse audiences. He is a DMI + AMA Certified Digital Marketing Professional and a graduate of Goodwill Industries International’s Senior Leadership Program, bringing both technical fluency and operational perspective to the work. Rupert’s background spans broadcast, advertising, and frontline program delivery—giving him a practical, people-first lens on strategic communication. He believes effective messaging builds trust, not just awareness, and is committed to using clear, values-driven storytelling to move organizations—and communities—forward.
Mike Glasscock, Creative Services Manager, Goodwill Industries of Kansas
A creative leader with a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of brand consistency in the nonprofit space. As Creative Services Manager, he oversees visual storytelling across campaigns, collateral, and digital platforms—translating complex ideas into clean, compelling design. Mike’s work supports everything from donor engagement to retail marketing, ensuring every piece aligns with the mission and feels unmistakably on-brand. Mike is award-winning designer with nonprofit and for-profit experience.
The link for live courses is shared with those members who have registered for the 2025 Virtual Training Package and cannot be accessed from the main website. The 2025 InterHab Virtual Training Package features 2-3 live courses per month from January to September. These training sessions will be recorded and available to those registered.
