• “We have staff working overtime across multiple roles just to maintain services and transportation for the individuals we support.”

• “We have been unable to accept new referrals because of staffing shortages.”

• “This increase will help us begin addressing turnover in direct support positions by raising our starting DSP wage by $1 per hour.”
