TARC, Inc has a rewarding career opportunity in Targeted Case Management. “Targeted” Case Management Services
are those aimed specifically at special groups of enrollees, such as those with Intellectual and related developmental
disabilities.
TARC is currently searching for a detail-oriented individual who is organized and enjoys a team approach to reach
positive outcomes in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment. The chosen candidate must possess a willingness
to help others reach their individual goals.
Targeted case management services are services that will assist an individual eligible under the Kansas
Medicaid State Plan in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. This entails the
process of Referral, Assessment, Plan Development, and Monitoring & Follow Up.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree with preference given to degrees in human service fields (Applied Behavioral Sciences,
Psychology, Social Work, Child & Family Development, etc.)
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: Minimum of 1 year of employment experience in the field of developmental disabilities
required. Preference will be given to applicants with previous TCM experience of 2 or more years of experience working
in human service fields and/or working knowledge of SMART goals, positive behavior supports, and strength-based case
management.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and possess strong organizational skills.
TARC, Inc. conducts background screenings and post-offer pre-employment drug testing. Valid Kansas Driver’s License
and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s insurance carrier is required.
