Arrowhead West is seeking a Program Manager in Pratt, Kansas, to lead programs that empower people with disabilities to live meaningful, connected, and fulfilled lives.

Salary & Benefits
• Starting at $46,800 (salaried, exempt).
• Paid training, including First Aid & CPR certification, and training related to person-centered planning and positive behavior supports.

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday; with on-call rotation

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years’ experience (2 in a supervisory role).
