About the Course:
Through a new Pathways to Oral Health project, Oral Health Kansas and InterHab are working together to make dental care easier for people with disabilities. This webinar will describe educational programs that will help dental providers feel more confident treating people with disabilities and teach individuals with disabilities and their caregivers ways to improve their own oral health. We’ll also introduce My Dental Care Passport, a simple communications tool to help people share important information about their disabilities and their needs with their dental team. Additionally, the webinar will cover what dental services are available for adults on Medicaid. Please join us as we provide practical tips and resources for everyone working to improve oral health for people with disabilities.
