Doing the Right Thing When No One is Looking

InterHab will host a one-day training session that will immerse Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) into the complex world of ethics in a way that is fun, educational, measurable and most of all meaningful. This professional development opportunity will be presented by representatives of the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) using their Code of Ethics. The training is designed to elevate direct support professionals and will include the following components: The Five Elements of a Profession; The NADSP Code of Ethics Encounter; Dealing with Ethical Dilemmas; and The Code of Ethics Commitment.Read more.
