A great opportunity to empower individuals with severe and multiple disabilities in a day program setting – by providing training on basic life skills and promoting independence.  Responsible for supporting individuals in meeting their goals, assisting with hygiene, and personal care.  Requires HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and good driving record.  Must have strong communication skills, and be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less.  Knowledge regarding the needs of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities is beneficial. (ALS-6,Osage-1,PT-PRN-2) M-F 7:30-3:30,7:45-3:45,8:00-4:00, 8:30-4:30, PRN – flexible part time hours.
