We will delve into the exciting intersection of AI and customized employment\, discuss real-world examples of how AI can be harnessed to transform the way employment services are delivered\, to revolutionize the workforce & unlock the full potential of individuals with diverse abilities. \nAbout the Presenter: \nHeather Janci\nExecutive Consultant\, Provider Strategy\, SETWorks\nHeather Janci hails from New Jersey and brings over a decade of experience to the team as a former DDD/IDD provider. She specializes in day services\, employment\, CARF accreditations\, 14C certifications\, production and advocacy. Joining the SETWorks team has allowed Heather to remain connected to the IDD world by helping agencies reach their highest potential. When she’s not using her knowledge to assist agencies by sharing her firsthand SETWorks experiences\, she’s an energetic mother of five! Heather takes advantage of the work hard\, play hard motto by spending time outdoors\, going to the beach and enjoying time with her husband and young children. \nThe link for live courses is shared with those members who have registered for the 2025 Virtual Training Package and cannot be accessed from the main website. The 2025 InterHab Virtual Training Package features 2-3 live courses per month from January to September. These training sessions will be recorded and available to those registered.
