She specializes in day services\, employment\, CARF accreditations\, 14C certifications\, production and advocacy. Joining the SETWorks team has allowed Heather to remain connected to the IDD world by helping agencies reach their highest potential. When she’s not using her knowledge to assist agencies by sharing her firsthand SETWorks experiences\, she’s an energetic mother of five! Heather takes advantage of the work hard\, play hard motto by spending time outdoors\, going to the beach and enjoying time with her husband and young children. \nThe link for live courses is shared with those members who have registered for the 2025 Virtual Training Package and cannot be accessed from the main website.
